Easy to select & buy great product

The actual purchase was easy enough but I am a bit confused about the redeeming part. I sent an email this morning asking for clarification. If I can get the redemption process sorted I would quite happily use gogroopie again.

It was super easy to accept the offer which via a radio station site, offering be something I didn't know I needed - heavily discounted bluetooth earbuds (but which would be handy).
The process was done in minutes with links sent to email so there was no confusion about what to redeem/purchase.
*The only annoyance being the delivery charge of £4.99 - your competitor offers free delivery for small mobile accessory items, so I did lose out for the same item on their site.

Prices fantastic but the voucher system is horrendous why you can’t add 4.99 at the checkout is beyond me, I new at this sort of ordering to me is making things more complicated I’ve paid for items with living social and now won’t get them because I had to redeem a bloody voucher so that’s £45.00 of which I can’t to spend as I’ve just lost my job and as I thought it was a scam to join aif you pay 15.00 pounds a month you can receive VOUCHERS so it’s very important that this gets sorted by telling you before you buy something.

Spotted a dress I liked. Ordering was easy, no problem

I made a purchase pid with pay pal .then I tried to pay for the postage your system would not recognise my E mail .Phone call sent me to E mail .went through your info/complaints could not reply because of E mail verification .Tried another Email didn't recognise that Refund please I will be referring the matter to Pay pal if you don't. Please make the refund Regards Ian

Great except for one thing - why do you have to pay for delivery separately??

I have tried and tried to redeem the voucher you were giving me for postage and packaging and it would not go through, I also emailed you for you to confirm that you had recive my order because the money has already gone out of my back account.
